Match Shop Eave = the eave auto-calculates so the office roofline lines up with the shop’s even when the widths differ. Custom = set it yourself with the arrows.

New Structure a second Shop, Office, or Wash Bay
Click Add Structure and pick the type — a full duplicate lands on the plan and gets its own tab up top (Shop 2, Office 2, Wash Bay 2) with the same intake as the original. Overhead doors: use + Add OH Door on its tab — the door lands centered on its outer wall, then drag it to any of its walls.

One click puts it on the plan off the main shop, centered on the wall — its live card sits right above this one to change the structure, wall, size, or slide it. Drag it on the plan too.

Add Concrete one click — it lands at its standard spot · slide, resize, or re-attach after
Approaches take the shop walls in order — north first, then south mirroring it — 4′ out × shop length − 25′, aligned with the back edge (slide 5′ per arrow, 1′ micro). Sidewalks: office front at office width + 8′ centered, then shop north and south at shop length × 4′. Concrete never overlaps concrete; only a sidewalk may pass under the vestibule (its SF is already deducted).
